Taoists Inner smile Meditation-Short Version

Project yourself in front of you with a smile.Imagine a white light that from heaven entering your crown travels to your brain then to your spine and ascend to your lower tan and form a white pearl approximately 2 inches from your navel.Next smile inwardly to your mideyebrow , visualizing a white light entering thru it.Next smile and give your gratitude to your Thymus Gland then to your Heart and fill yourself with love and compassion.Gather again your consciousness from your and smile down to your Lungs, Liver and Gallbladder, spleen, and the pancreas.Focus again to your, Smile to your face, nose, ears, throat, down to esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large and rectum.Back to your, Smile to your brain and spinal cord. Smile to your entire physical body.Relax completely and bring your awareness to your lower tan and collect the chi /energy by spiraling it 36 clockwise and 24 counterclockwise.For female 36 counterclockwise and 36 clockwise.Note: from gathering awareness from your down to your vital organs is consists of 1 breath cycle.Inhale thru your nose for 10 seconds and holding it for 3 seconds and exhale thru the nose for 10 seconds and hold for 3 seconds.Placing your tongue to your palate connecting the front and back channel meridian of your body and should be done before you do the procedure.


Meditation may be done in a sitting position called seiza or Japanese.
